RealDVD in the News
RealDVD has received some press attention lately, and since many of you have expressed interest in updates, I wanted to provide you with a recap. The key question here is whether you have the “fair use” right to make a personal, secure back-up copy of the DVDs you own. Our next court date is currently scheduled for the first week in March, so check here or realdvd.com for future updates.

i have had similar issues with purchasing movies digitally after hdd crash which does happen to everyone. now i can not watch the movies i paid for. this is not fair nor is it right for customers i am hoping this will go through i downloaded it the day it came out praying customers would not be screwed again but i was wrong as i figured it would be. We should be able to back up out dvd’s for the just in case greed is the only reason why this was not allowed so far keep up the fight
It has been three months since the last update on either website.
What is going on, have you given up or did you lose?
