Tried to download RealPlayer SP, got a message that says: ” RealPlayer has detected corruption in the My Library database and must restart now in order to restore the database. ”
I am trainable that is about all on these computers. It is way too early for my IT people…
I don’t have a My Library in my list of My Computer, My Music, My Pictures, etc… Is that the problem and is there a quick fix you can send me info on??

  14. Cynthia Wegener says:

Is this problem ever going to be fixed? For almost a month I haven’t been able to download videos and I’m completely frustrated. Where’s the DOWNLOAD THIS VIDEO box??? I have used Real Player for a long time and it’s been great, but my patience is at an end. I found out that I can’t call customer service because only for the paying customers. I have to pay to talk to someone in support.

Will this ever be fixed? If I spend the $40 will the program work? I want an answer to the questions.
