As it happens, ChelsiaHart, former house guest on Big Brother 9 is currently working at Real as a social media correspondent for SuperPass andRealPlayer. Since she’s got bonafide entertainment cred, she posts occasionally on our sister site, Film.com, about her experiences with Big Brother.

Today Chelsia gave some great advice on how to get on the show. Her biggest tip? Be yourself. The producers of the show have no desire to have a fake cast, or, even worse, a deadbeat who seemed like an awesome candidate during selection only to fizzle on the show. Her other suggestions: have a game plan, don’t hold back any secrets or dirt during the application process, and stand out from other applicants.
