Rhapsody App Milestone? Check!

The Rhapsody app for iPhone has only been out a bit over a month, but it’s already reached a huge milestone: 500,000 downloads! We are really excited and honored to have reached so many people so quickly. And, because we only want to make the app better, we’ve committed ourselves to improving the sound quality of the app as well as stability. We are loving the feedback we’re getting, so please feel free to give us yours. Thanks for the download love!
And, as we’ve mentioned before, the app for Android is just around the corner.
In other exciting Rhapsody news, we’re looking for customers who want to show the world why Rhapsody is the best choice in music for them. Since the end of Oct., Real seems to be mum on the Android client release. Any updates you can share? Beta? Anything?

The suspense is killing me. It is the 28th of December. Will the Android client be release by the end of the year as originally reported?

I’m hoping that you’re going to hit that Android ship date, but as it’s 12/30/09 and still no word, hope is fading fast. It’s unsettling that there hasn’t been any updates on this since late October. C’mon, guys, either you’re going to hit your date or not, but don’t leave us hanging with no news at all!

Thanks for the update! Glad the app is coming together – does early 2010 mean January, or more like 1Q (i.e. March)?
